You can cancel your order free of charge in the following situations:

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it ships.

In Transit: If your order is still in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Unopened Package: If your package has arrived but is unopened, you can return it to our warehouse. You will need to pay for return shipping, which we will refund to you via PayPal or the account you used to pay once we receive the returned item.

Refund or Return Within 7 Days of Use

If you request a refund or return within 7 days of using the product, we will charge a $29 handling fee to cover our shipping and processing costs. This applies to the following situations:

Unsatisfied with Quality: If the product quality does not meet your expectations.

Personal Preference: If the product does not meet your personal preferences.

Refund or Return for Quality Issues Within 60 Days

If you encounter any quality issues within 60 days of using the product, you can:

Request a Refund: We will charge a $29 handling fee to cover shipping and processing costs.

Request an exchange: We will replace your product with a new one or a similar product of equal value free of charge. This exchange option is limited to one time only, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.

After 60 Days

After 60 days, we will no longer offer refunds or returns.
